Return / Exchange Policy for online purchases only
Thank you for shopping at ernest.ca. Should an online purchase fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund or exchange the item.
Return or refund your online purchases either in one of our stores or by courier. You must have your invoice on hand if you choose to pass by one of our stores:
1. Return or Exchange must be made within 30 days from order date as indicated on the original receipt (packing slip).
2. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, with price tickets attached, accompanied by the original receipt (packing slip).
3. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made.
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Send us an email at email@example.com with your order number explaining which article(s) you wish to return along with the reason for return.
6. Your request for an exchange/refund will be reviewed and confirmed by email.
7. Instructions will be emailed to you on how to return your item via Canada Post.
8. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process.
9. If the item received was damaged, it can be replaced for the same item, if available.
10. All orders subject to stock availability
11. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
