Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified. If you find a mistake in your order, we suggested you ask us to cancel the current order right away and create a new one. Be aware that we can't cancel an order once it's shipped.

Please verify your original order confirmation email for the pre-authorized amount. We only charge you for the items sent so if you notice any discrepancies once your package is mailed, do not hesitate to contact us.
No. All shipping costs, including returns costs (if applied) are non-refundable.
Once Ernest receives your package, it takes up to 3 weeks for a return to be processed.

Ernest.ca offers a one time only price adjustment on items purchased at REGULAR price within 14 days of order date. Please include a note indicating the item and its new price. The price adjustment is conditioned to stock availability of the item (same size, colour, etc).From time to time we may run promotions where a price adjustment will not be available. If a price adjustment is not available on any given promotion we will state that fact on Ernest.ca.
