Return by post

PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

1. Go to https://www.ernest.ca/etiquette-de-retour
2. Apply the authorization code  8585258
3. Fill your information starting the order number and print your return label.
4. Include your packing list indicating which items you are returning inside your return packaging.
5. Ensure your parcel is securely packed, wrapped and reinforced.
6. Affix the return label to the largest side of your parcel.
7. Mail your item at a Post Office or drop it in a street letter box.

Make sure that all conditions in our policy are fulfilled before sending us your return. Please pay attention to non returnable items in your invoice (final sale, underwear, etc)
