Extended return policy

We are in a situation completely out of our control with the Covid-19 and we understand that you have to stay home with your loved ones for a while. Ernest, therefore, is temporarily extending the return policy in stores. You will have 15 days from the reopening of our stores to return in-store your purchases made in stores or online since March 1, 2020. If you have any questions, please contact us at customerservice@ernest.ca and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 
Also, in this particular period, we offer free returns by mail on all online orders in Canada. (Within 30 days from order date as indicated on the original receipt or packing slip.)

Thank you for shopping at Ernest.ca. Should an online purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund or exchange the item.

How to proceed with your return or exchange: 


Exchange or Return

1a. You must have your invoice on hand if you choose to pass by one of our stores.

2a. Go to the closest store at your convenience.

* Please add a copy of your invoice or packing slip inside the box.

2b. Once we have received your product, we are going to process your return, and you will receive a confirmation by email. The refund is applied to the same payment method used in your order. 

* Please note that your return can take up to 3 weeks to be processed after we receiving your package.


Please make sure that all conditions below are fulfilled before sending us your return.

(In the case of your return is not in accordance with conditions, it won't be approved and we won't send you back the package).


1. Return or Exchange must be made within 30 days from the order date as indicated on the original receipt or packing slip.

2. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with price tickets attached, accompanied by the original receipt (packing slip).

3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Shipping charges will be applied if the original purchase amount less the returned item(s) refunded is less than $100.

5. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made.

6. Items marked as “Final Sale” will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

All undergarments, swimwear, socks, or hats are "final sale". For any other product “Final Sale“ is written in the product or category description if it’s the case)

7. All exchanges (in-store only) are subject to stock availability in the store.

8. Promotions related to item quantities or combos will be discounted off the refund amount in case of articles included in. (Example: Return of one item bought on the promotion “Buy one get one 50% off”)

Ernest.ca offers a one-time-only price adjustment on items purchased at REGULAR price within 14 days of the order date. Please include a note indicating the item and its new price.

The price adjustment is conditional on the availability of identical merchandise (same size, color, etc.) From time to time, we issue promotions where price adjustment will not be available. If so, we will identify the promotion in this section.

To request a price adjustment, email us your invoice or order number within 14 days of purchase to customerservice@ernest.ca


"Early Black Friday" sales, "Black Friday" and "Boxing Day" sales are not eligible for price adjustment.
