PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)

Ernest.ca offers you a unique opportunity to adjust the price of merchandise purchased at REGULAR price for a period of 14 days following the delivery date of the order.

Price adjustments are conditional upon the availability of the identical merchandise (same size, color, etc.).

When the above conditions are met, the price difference will be issued as store credit, applicable toward a future purchase. This credit has no expiry date.

Limited-time promotions are not eligible for price adjustment, including events such as "Black Friday Pre-Sale", "Black Friday" and "Boxing day Sale".

Additionally, combo promotions (offers applied when purchasing multiple quantities or items), such as “buy one get one at 50% off” or “2 for…,” are not eligible for price adjustments.

From time to time, we issue other promotions where price adjustment will not be available. If this is the case, we will identify the promotion in this section.

Please note that any store credit associated with a price adjustment will be issued after 30 days of the order date.
