How to measure:

| 1. CHEST Measure around the fullest part of your chest, passing under the arms and across the shoulder blades, keeping your arms at your sides. Leave a little space between the tape and your chest. |
| 2. WAIST Measure your natural waist at the smallest point. Leave a little space between the tape and your waist. |
| 3. HIPS Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and measure around the fullest part of your hips. |
| 4. INSEAM Measure from your crotch down to the floor. |
| 5. SLEEVE Slightly bend your elbow, measure from the center of the back at the neck, across the shoulder and elbow, down to the wrist bone. |
