Known for his presence on the ice, Juraj reveals a more relaxed side of himself, one that is easygoing, comfortable, and genuinely confident.
“My style is pretty simple, casual, comfy… maybe a bit boring!”
This season, he’s discovered the turtleneck, and he’s all in: “It’s my first day wearing turtlenecks, and I like it. I might have to add a few to my closet.”
At Ernest, refined fabrics, clean cuts, and dark tones of navy, grey, and black reflect this understated sense of elegance.

The holidays, Slafkovsky-style
Beyond style, the campaign highlights the simple and authentic spirit of the holiday season.
For Juraj, Christmas is all about “family, presents, and festive.”
He adds that if he had a full day off: “Just sleep in, have some good food, chill, watch some football, probably, and then yeah, just go to bed, don't really move.”
When asked, “If you could spend Christmas anywhere in the world, where would you go?”
Juraj answers: “Probably somewhere warm, but I don't exactly have like one spot, but usually Christmas is I only have like cold Christmas, so it would be nice to be somewhere on the beach, Christmas, but I'll have to wait for that a couple more years.”
Even far from Slovakia, he keeps a touch of his traditions: “I always try to have a bit of Slovak food during the holidays.”
A natural partnership
When asked why he teamed up with Ernest again, his answer was simple:
“I really enjoyed working with the Ernest team last year... everyone showed so much pride in what they do—it reminded me of the teamwork and dedication we have on the ice.”
This year’s collaboration takes on a festive twist, offering a glimpse of Juraj’s own gift ideas and personal favorites from the collection.
