EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS
All purchases made from November 10, 2025 are eligible for an extended return period until January 11, 2026.
Our regular return timelines still apply (14 days for in-store purchases / 30 days for online orders) from the date of purchase.
The most advantageous option for you will apply. All returns remain subject to our standard return policy conditions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping at Ernest.ca. If the product(s) purchased online do not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange or refund them, subject to the conditions below.
Online Purchases
You may return your items in-store or by mail within 30 days from the order date.
Orders paid using Shop Pay Installments must be returned by mail only (cannot be processed in-store). Please submit your return request directly on our website for a simple and efficient experience.
Return In-Store
- Bring a copy of your original invoice or packing slip.
- Visit any Ernest store location.
Return by Mail
Returns only (exchanges cannot be processed by mail; for exchanges, please visit a store).
- Start your return request below.
- Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip in the box.
- Once we receive your package, your return will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent.
Please allow up to 3 weeks after we receive your package for processing.
In-Store Purchases
You have 14 days from the purchase date to exchange or return merchandise in-store only.
Mail exchanges or refunds are not available for items purchased in-store.
How to Proceed In-Store
- Bring your original receipt (or packing slip).
- Visit the Ernest store nearest you.
Conditions
- Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the invoice or packing slip date.
- Items must be in new condition: original packaging, unwashed, unworn, odor-free, unaltered, with original tags. Receipt or packing slip required.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return fee: $9.95 + tax applies if the original purchase amount (minus returned items) becomes less than $100.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- “Final Sale” items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable (underwear, masks, swimwear, socks, caps, hats, and all items marked “Final Sale”).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- For promotions based on quantity or combinations, discounts will be adjusted upon return (e.g. if one item from a “Buy 2, get 1 at 50% off” offer is returned, the discount will be recalculated).
Important: Please ensure all conditions above are met before sending your return. Non-compliant returns cannot be approved or shipped back.
